First 2 goals were poor defensive mistakes, probably communication / leadership. Fab went over the top of the ball and deservedly got sent off if the commentary was correct. A couple of the goals sounded like they were poor / non-existent pressure from midfield. One of them sounded an absolute screamer. Liam Armstrong pulled off a great save late on to stop the 10th going in so to say they all gave up is out of order.

Is it really? We didn't have one shot and conceded 9. That doesn't just happen and from one of our fans on Twitter who was there they said we were really poor and Chorley didn't need to be that good. They didn't put any effort in on Saturday and they clearly didn't today.

Chorley may have been on top form, but they're a team that had scored only one goal in three matches before today.

Looking on the bright side, were still above Hereford in the table.

Fact is, nine nil is an embarrassment, Full time professionals , ridiculous, the local boy's that loved the yellow and black would never have let us be ridiculed like that!

The question is what's changed?
Have the players stopped playing for PG or is it another issue,
Somethings very amiss as we expected a response from the Kettering game and we got the worse drubbing since 1960. This isn't what you expect from full time players and a budget set the same as last season. Yes we had 10 men but 9-0 is inexcusable.

And we thought Kettering was bad ! It might take 48 hours to process this one. PG has to quickly turn this around, and show us what a good manager he is. I hope there's a good turn out next weekend against Curzon and everyone gets behind the team whilst they're on the pitch.

Imagine you are PG tonight, what could you say to Alex P about events..... Does part of you think this is so awful I don't really want to be part of this, do you think you have totally misjudged the league/your squad or do you firmly believe in what you have done and who you have recruited, that this is some sort of blip.

He's had months to turn it around and we have managed 1 good performance and 4 bad ones.

Easily could’ve been double figures that’s all I’m saying
