Seriously you are yet again missing my point. Obviously Farsley's shots could have all been terrible although I know they hit the bar early on. Football is full of matches where a team nicks a win or a draw after only having a shot or two and if you don't put the ball in the back of the net then you wont win football matches as we know only to well. My point was we got lucky that Bradford scored with their only shot of the game otherwise Farsley would have been 1 point closer to us.

But Farsley didn't did they Darren? that's my point football is often about luck as well as stats.
Obviously if you don't score you can't win, we don't need stats to tell us that just goals ?

Yes you will get luck, but over a season you usually finish in the place you deserve to in the league and the stats will usually back that up as well. If you don't create chances then you are unlikely to score. The stats back up exactly how we are playing this season.

TP1 - TP1 - 03-03-2022

This weekend will be interesting, as both Telford and Farsley have potentially winnable home games

RE: NLN Watch - RJS - 03-03-2022

If Farsley can't take their chances that isn't really luck is it, that's them not being good enough to take their chances.  I don't really see that as us being lucky, just an example of another team like us who are down that end of the table because there are aspects of their game they are simply not good enough at.

No the lucky part was Bradford scoring with their only chance of the game. That is very rare.

Guiseley already 3 down.....no harm in that

RE: NLN Watch - Neil - 08-03-2022

Not at all, they've got three games in hand!

They now have to get minimum 7 points out of 9 as their GD is worse than ours,In the end those 0-0 draws have come in handy!

RE: NLN Watch - Neil - 09-03-2022

Our goal difference is remarkably good considering what happened at *cough* Chorley *cough*
