Didn't see that one coming. Surely they're done now?

Wouldn't have thought so. Think they were travelling a long way to get their which might be part of it. They have done solid jobs wherever they have gone.

Didn’t see that one coming. I thought he was odds-on for the Fylde job.

Shouldn't be writing Phillips off,His goals yesterday were poachers goals,The kid can finish given the chances,He may relish playing under SK,Even if it's coming from the bench but playing in the oppositions 18 yard box.

You can only judge on what you see though, and prior to Saturday Phillips had done little to convince me that he was up to this standard. However, its a new manager, a fresh start, and if he continues to score goals like he did on Saturday then I'll be the first to admit I was wrong.
SK's interview was interesting in that he was telling him to stick in and around the box, and the goals were classical poacher style goals, which could be an invaluable asset. Time will tell but lets hope SK coming in means we see more of the Phillips from Saturday.
