Boston winning at Banbury. If it stays that way it's game over for Hereford and Chester as far as the playoffs are concerned. Young Callum has failed massively at Chester this season, could he be looking for a new job?

I think he’ll be safe. He did enough in his first season for the club to stand by him. Granted, they’ve not been as good this season but he’s got the makings of a decent side.

he never had the makings of a varsity athlete

Are Rushall Olympic in any serious danger of demotion due to not having their ground developed to the required standard?  I notice some Blyth-related accounts on X are pointing out work that hasn’t been done.

Not strictly NLN news, but Bradford (PA) were relegated from the Northern Premier League last night. They’ll spend next season in the NPL East (Step 4 of the non-league ladder).

Therein lies a cautionary tale - back to back relegations could happen to us too - especially if we continue to play like we did last night against Bishops Cleeve.

Exactly. Both Bradford (PA) and Kettering have struggled and we should not assume we’re going to ‘walk it’.

Given this season and struggling to beat Cleeve, I doubt many will be thinking that sadly.

Everyone has come here to say that!

I'm still tickled by Leon's comment on twitter that we stank the place out last night Wink

Iin all the excitement of the County Cup final it completely missed my attention that there was a playoff game last night, Boston beating Alfreton on penalties after a 0-0 draw.

Chorley play Curzon tonight.

Chorley beat Curzon 4-2 on pens after a 0-0 draw.
