I'll confess that I don't listen to the commentary so to that extent am unable to comment, but I am a fully (un) paid up member of that small band of City volunteers who try and keep parts of the show on the road. The folk that give up their weekend to allow others to enjoy City away matches have my admiration and support; I'm sure they give and give up more than we'll ever know. I have heard, albeit by being pitchside, the excellent work the media commentary team who cover the women's team and I know their efforts are appreciated literally around the world
Of course we volunteers are not above constructive feedback and I think that's what Hank was looking to do with his post. However what I've learnt from a lifetime in commerce is that there are ways and means of delivering the feedback. I'd suggest doing it on here is perhaps not the best choice.
