Just finished listening - I must say I enjoyed it, I agreed with a lot of it and I didn’t think any of it was particularly negative as some have commented. At the end of the day we’re near the bottom of the league, it’s not all going to be sunshine is it? If we have aspirations of climbing the leagues then we’ll need to get used to this kind of scrutiny, and anyway I’d be more worried if people weren’t talking about us. Good job.

Agreed, whilst some points are arguably more critical than others may have been, none of it comes across as being negative for the sake of being negative.  Like you say we are where we are right now, so pretending that everything is completely okay wouldn't be realistic.
