The one thing touched upon briefly in both in the podcast and APs interview was the Gloucester Juniors initiative on a Sunday.  AP takes some flak at times, and depending on your viewpoint some of it may be justified, but to be fair seeing him out their coaching on Sunday just reinforces that whatever he is doing he is doing it for the right reasons, even if people don't always agree with how he goes about it.

Ye I thought the same, Definitely in it for the right reasons,he sees the bigger picture and it's working,might even end up with AP and LM kids playing for City in a few years!
Much better than Billionaire that's never heard of or even been to Gloucester!
