The one bit of "constructive criticism" I forgot to mention is that there was obviously bit of "furore" from the last pod about how welcoming the fan base is/was.  My take is that it was fair game to discuss that on the last pod as it was based on some feedback that had been received.

The general consensus after the pod seemed to be that it wasn't as big an issue as was made out at the time.  The pod alluded to that a couple of times, but sort of skated over the topic.  I thought that possibly should have been discussed a touch more, and the other side as it were.  I know there was plenty of COF/Social Media posts from people stating how welcoming the T-end has been to them, and I think a bit on that would have been good.
