First signing of the summer?
#1

So every other club seems to be at it so I’m expecting us to be announcing our first signing within the next week? Who would we like to see signed first?

For me Lucas Tomlinson however also be happy with Jordan Thompson or Daniel Leadbitter resigning!

Out of left field, Ryan Seager from Hungerford! But I think he will end up at some big spending NL team but we can dream for a 25 goal a season striker!

Nothing about Green yet.
No confirmation of King, Leadbitter or Thompson accepting the contract offers.
Maybe some key people are on holiday so we may have to wait a little longer than next week.

Nothing about Green yet - no news is good news.

Jason Oswell has been offered new terms by Telford but hasn't yet signed. Big target man style striker who managed 15 goals for a poor side last season.

Danny King and Liam Armstrong have signed new contracts

Great news, Liam proved he's capable at this level and under PG when things weren't great DK stood up to be counted.
Maybe ODG knows the answer....but as thier under 24 and offered new contracts even on slightly better terms, if they had rejected the offer any club that came in for them would have had to pay a fee for them? Just trying to get my head around the rules!

That’s how I read the rules PS. Same or better terms offered to U24 players. Unless a fee was agreed it would go to a panel / tribunal. Like with age group football, it’s birthday’s before an arbitrary cut-off related to the football calendar.

Thats good news Liam Armstrong more than capable at our level as he has shown and Dan can only get better. A versatile player who would always give his best for the cause.

I was very impressed with Liam when I saw him this season, no reason he shouldn't claim that No 1 spot as his own.

As for Danny, a heart of a lion, and a good player who I think can get even better.

Really pleased they're both sticking around
