What are we going to do there then?

I recall us going the a few years back on the back of a 3-2 midweek win at Kiddy. I was full of expectation, really thought we'd win there too. We conceded in the first minute and lost 0-4!

I'm confident again Wink

We’re going to win 2-0

That game was mental if it’s the one I remember. First goal was a sliced hoof from 40 yards!

Think a lot will depend if King has been able to add to the squad.

Yes, I was at the Kidderminster and Chester games. The Kidderminster match was a Classic, then we went away to Chester. As Dave said, Chester scored from a long range hoof. Didn't we also have the crazy midweek game at AFC Telford Utd not long after? We lost 4 - 3, we did have goalkeeper Zack Jeacock on loan from Birmingham City.  He wasn't able to play against Telford, as he was called up to play for the England u19's? Birmingham gave us a replacement goalkeeper, he had a double barreled name. Sorry, going off topic a bit.
I think that having had defeats at Chester so far, this may be the time when our fortunes change. Steven King has done well in the short space of time that he has been with us. Said before we could get a win.

Andrew Adebowale, Hannah, Hoskins, Kirkup, Mainwaring, Tucker, Wollen.
 Danny ANDREW, Jake ANDREWS.

Last seasons home 3-3 was a classic with Matts last minute header - Todays game - depending on how many we have in the treatment table I would be happy with a point.

Noticed Matty lay down, stretching his back out a couple of times late on in Saturday’s game. I can’t see him playing 4 games in 10 days, so I wonder if he’ll sit it out tonight in readiness for KL at the weekend?
Tre took his goal well when he came on, so if that’s the case I’m still confident we can get result with KP and McHale on fire.

Tough ask, but it’s great going into games confident, and it must be even more so for the players.

Any last minute travellers tempted?

I think there’s still a couple of seats left on the funbus leaving at 3.30pm?!?! Smile

Matty Barnes-Homer could be another option for us if needed. Plenty of experience and at 36 could do a job.

Would love to be at the game tonight. Hope everyone travelling has a great evening. If someone can cause a two-hour delay to kick off, I might be able to make it!

I’ll get Easty to get his kit off and superglue himself the crossbar.
