I've never had anything like that on my web hosting through the years until I started with Fasthosts. Surely it's down to them and not me to resolve?

I'm certainly no expert and this is just me blindly googling, but according to Fasthosts own site, when I clicked on the most basic "from 50p a month" package, they advertise:

"Spoil your website with high-performance, scalable Web Hosting. Get up to 500GB storage and up to 5 domain names and SSL certificates included for free – who doesn’t like free stuff!"

And if that's on their most basic option then surely it would be on all options above it, so yes, I'd assume it's down to them? If an SSL certificate is actual affected thing, of course.
