TM I’m not sure what point you are trying to make. Ben Morgan jumped ship only to find that the grass was not greener on the other side- Spence was quality according to tips prior to his arrival I agree Evans and Phillips have taken the step up. Dada imo plays 25 minutes out of 90.

When we signed most of this seasons squad did any of them jump out as being tremendous signings? Yes having good players is essential but so is having the right characters, environment etc

Barely two and a half days to consider the post and apply doesn't seem much, but then
plan B is probably 90% realised already. Staying ahead of the game is always key.

Just out of interest - who will actually appoint the new manager i.e. have the final say? PC doesn't officially take over until June does he? Do AP/EM still have any input up to 31/05/23? Anybody else involved?

8pm Friday, suggests to me CP already has his eye on someone and its "going through the motions"....
Step 2 and above i.e step 1.
That limits it somewhat.
David Oldfield
Mike Cook

Would prefer MC to DO. DO did well at Oxford City, but not so at Weymouth. Not sure what went wrong there?

I'm sure CP has it already done and dusted and has been aware for a week or so at least, whoever comes in will need quickly to find out if ANY of the current squad will stay as part timers although I guess some already where part time as we where hybrid next season?
I'd also expect to go back to a few season long loan players as we've already seen when part time previously.
