Lately though he seems to be work shy, not tracking back, shirking tackles, and his head is down a lot. Hope it's just poor form rather than the player giving up, if it's form then obviously he can get it back.

He's better than the players around him is probably why. He's had a decent career playing for bigger clubs than us with better players than us, now he's at the lowest level he's ever played at.

Well if he reads what some fans say about him on Twitter its probably no surprise he's given up.

Fits the narrative Darran, blame AP or blame the fans. Frankly that’s an embarrassing statement. I’d have said personal pride would kick in and ensure a professional footballer does his best. He’s proved his quality in some games, so that’s clearly not the issue and we should expect him to be more consistent than the less experienced players.

If someone at work criticised me I’d want to prove them wrong, not prove them right.  There are comments about his commitment from fans of his previous clubs.

Have I missed something? Is Jamie R now an ex-player?

No. Still got him.

Sticking around a while yet, thanks to a gift from a generous angel.

What's embarrassing have been some of the comments about him to the official account on Twitter. Why should he bust a gut for fans who just slag him off and want him out of the club?

I think he's been decent most times I've seen him.

Bloody hell, you've got good eyesight!
