The Chambers Have Stepped Down

Off the pitch from what I saw the Chamber's we're doing a decent job and improvements were made. I'm still to try the " Monster Burger". I wonder if that will be their legacy to the club.
I also keep going back to when I bought my ST and sat with Patrick for a couple of minutes. He said words to the effect " don't worry we'll have a competitive squad for the season ahead." That sadly hasn't proved to be the case. I know somebody has to be bottom of the league and most football fans rarely experience success but 11 points from 18 games. That's far worse than anyone I've spoken to anticipated.

Hope the new chairman can play football then because I don’t see how it’s going to change other than chucking a load more of someone’s inheritance at it

Why keep bring Alex up on. the forum he's not been involved with the club for months and  now it looks like he's back to protect his investment .
I would say is if you believe the chambers did a professional job more fool you , because you can't see what is before your eyes because of and i don't  say this lightly your intense criticism and dislike of AP. Don't think for a minute that he will stay a second longer then he has to .What did the Chambers do and what did Alex do.
If Alex comes in a changed man then I will hold my hands up and say he’s come in and done a good job. Who is going to take over the club given what has gone on? Unless someone wants to buy club and ground of Alex I reckon he will be here for a while

Not true as I gave him huge praise for getting King in as manager. It was a great move.

MC says AP is going to chuck in more money for players in his latest Glos Live interview.  I guess now we’re part time the Petheram Pound might go a bit further.

So what was stopping that happening before now? We had investors ready to put money into the club, it would’ve been the ideal scenario as the owners wouldn’t have needed to fork out.

Exactly this. Why hasn’t he done it before now and is it too late to start doing it now? Also is it money that he actually has or is it just going to be debt again?
