Isn't it right that we can't show any match coverage till Monday an agreement which came into force 2 years ago I think. We could just watch the highlights on the website Monday afternoon for free.

That's what I have mentioned above. As things stand clubs can't show any highlights anywhere until midnight on Monday.

That’s how I understood it aswell but I’m guessing that the hierarchy are looking at changing the rules or making exceptions for the circumstances we’re living atm.

I honestly think that streaming of games will be allowed at least during Covid-19. I don't see how the leagues have any other option given not everyone who wants to go to a game will be able to go to a game. If they don't allow it then I really don't see them shifting on when clubs can show their own highlights.
