York wont be bothered as they have just banked £2.5m sell-on for Ben Godfrey so they arent skint.

I'm surprised this hasn't been made public yet ... but ... it looks strongly like no more grants, only loans ... some clubs are already calling for N&V end the season now ... another meeting Wednesday ... For me this is all just so very wrong and unjust ...

But ...

My statement to our players and staff today was crystal clear:

1) We want the season to finish or at very worst, be concluded via PPG
2) We will stand by the player contracts
3) We would love to be promoted ... look how far we've come and what we've achieved ...

Let's stick together!

This would be a disaster, but the league would only have themselves to blame. The problem is there are clearly clubs who can't afford to take out loans and therefore cant afford to see out the rest of the season. We also know that PPG couldn't be used at the moment because not enough games have been played. Hopefully something can be sorted

Darran you are correct ... it's all just so backwards ... we're elite sport yet now clubs that voted to be elite as it suited them last season ... don't want it this season ...

I’m imagining some teams refusing to play & others wanting to continue. Those refusing would be ‘chucked out’ & results against them expunged, leading to a round-robin mini-league. 1 winner auto-promoted, the next 6 into the playoffs.

Would not have been so flippant if I had seen the news of no more funding?

Bad Bad news for non league football at our level.
Really can't see how most clubs could survive to the end of this month let alone the end of the season?????
If of course no other funding is not forth coming ?
