I was thinking the same thing. There are some very useful players operating at a level or two below NLN.

That would surely be the case, thus undermining the integrity of Step 2... As for players there could be a host of decent ones available perhaps on some kind of  long term loan if their season is abandoned.

It must make sense... I notice Alex Nicholls is at Stourbridge these days. Ok no longer in first flush of youth but versatile and a wise old head. Would fit in well with Dawson and McLure.
