Just a heads-up for Trust members/T Enders. Our AGM will be held at NMP on Sunday 8 August, 2 pm. Alex and Paul have kindly agreed to attend to chat about prospects etc.
If we have your email address the agenda etc will be in your inbox shortly, the remainder are being posted.

Bumping this up for those who've missed it. Might be an idea for the Trust to publicise this on social media too?

Many thanks to everyone who came to the AGM yesterday and especially Paul Groves and Alex Petheram who gave up their Sunday afternoons to answer questions and talk about prospects. Favourite moment was probably seeing the bewildered look on Graham's face when Paul suggested that compared to Israel the standard of refereeing at our level isn't too bad! Shout out for Dave Jones too who missed out on some family celebration time to look after us.

It was all good. They only notice I’m not there if someone wants a lift! Big Grin

It was good for everyone to hear Paul Groves talk. I’ve had the privilege of listening to him before, but for those who hadn’t, I’m sure they couldn’t have been more impressed. He just exudes calm confidence and nothing flusters him. We’re incredibly lucky to have such a capable and thoroughly nice man at the helm.

Sticking around a while yet, thanks to a gift from a generous angel.

My question didn’t come out the way I meant it but was interesting to hear Paul’s take on refereeing standards. Fantastic to be sat in and using OUR own clubhouse at long last. Paul certainly is a deep thinking and highly experienced manager and Alex as always very honest and sincere about the way ahead. Pleasing also to hear that ‘the trust’ is trying to adapt to the requirements of the future of our Club.

So unless it’s an official secret what relevance was said?
