We were still playing at Horton Road when Leon was born.

If he hasn't played since leaving Shrewsbury at the end of last season I thought he did ok. reminded me of Marlon Jackson. Get him match fit and he will only get better.

Not played since 23rd January as he was injured after that and then had a back operation, so not surprised that he looked a bit cautious

Well better people than me are in the know, more clubs than Tony Jacklin worries me, 36 journey man?
What does he offer? If he commands big bucks then say “thanks, close the door behind you on your way out”.
Our terms or AP’s terms??or thanks for turning up.

I would be concerned about having a lot of clubs if he was in his early 20s, but when you are 36 and those clubs include 100+ appearances for wolves, 83 for Sheffield Wednesday, 35 Coventry, 32 Bury, and for 88 Sheffield Utd then that’s a different story imo.
Read what Sheff Utd fans have to say about him, he’s a legend there - think you are being a bit picky Pims & Gladders, someone who played in the Prem not long ago, an experienced head in the dressing room…could be just what we need

If his injury and age are an issue perhaps pay as you play if he would take that as an offer, I guess it also depends on any offers he has given his long lay off etc.
PG has a few decisions to make as AP said within his agreed budget of course!

As I said on the Cov thread, thought his link-up play was really good, a vital weapon with our deeper lying ball striking wizards against massed defence. In the warm-up his role was the same, act as a pivot up front for others to run & play off.
