At the end of the day no one should be afraid about complaining if they didn't enjoy what was being served and clearly the club are listening to those complaints which means things improve. I saw a picture of the chips that Joe's dad mentioned and they looked shocking to be fair. Better we get things right now at the end of the day,

The problem was the complaints were being made to the Club, or other fans on here, rather than the franchisee who can act on them!

I sent all the message to Steve, he then contacted Dave to post on here as you've seen. We will also listen, but sometime I/ we just can't action what's asked for ... like that 30 goal a season striker, the centre back that built like Hulk Hogan, yet runs like Usain Bolt and the left back that can get up and down the pitch all day while striking the ball like Roberto Carlos.
I also can't just make our social media better ... I can't get match day stewards let along fill all the other roles folk want, without paying out more money ... But we do try and listen ... like on the season tickets ... we've now spent money getting them printed rather then using QR codes ... so yes, we do try and listen as we want to improve.

The same could be said if the food was five star??
Now that Steve Harvey now knows that there are one or two little issues hope fully we get back to talking football.
When you took your first bite and were dissatisfied?

I think this needs to be put into perspective- 1st “home game” for many months almost 700 in attendance. The food kiosk looked busy most of the match. Im not defending a dry bacon roll or a small portion of chips but.. I like many of u have followed football for many years and in my 5 decades of following City have been to hundreds of non league grounds and with the odd exception the catering is identical- catering burgers- likewise sausages etc etc.
It is what it is.
It would be interesting how many (if any) complaints were made on the day at the kiosk.

I think that we should probably realise this is a pre-season for more than just the players. It's a learning curve for everyone at the club to get used to things. Whether that be catering, getting to know the ground, in the bar, the stewards, scoreboard, car parking etc. everything is new with how we do things at the club.
Sounds like a lot of people weren't happy with the food, which is annoying but given it's the first time, is fine. Fans have had their say and changes are to be made.
We all need to remember this is new to everyone.
