It's almost a positive isn't it. If this is the part of the experience that has not quite come up to scratch then it's not exactly the end of the world. I think as others said, this is all new for the club so it would actually be surprising if there weren't some teething issues around the match day experience.  It is after all a bit of a "bap"tism of fire.

A simple “this is a bit dry, could I have another/a refund/something else” would have resolved the issue instantly.

I did Dave ,I wasn't to pleased and I know what I'm like?I would have said something I would later regret.

Really pleased this post came up and took off with lot's of positive postings ( and one or two silly ones) if people don't discuss things how can they improve. Have anyone ever been to an American baseball game, me neither but while holidaying in Australia i went to a Twenty 20 cricket match between South Australia and Western Australia at the Adelaide Oval. No one had to leave their seats to walk to the other side of the stadium to get refreshments, boys and girls with trays laden with beer, burgers, hot dogs, similar to usherettes with popcorn and ice creams in cinemas here would bring it to you.We have a lot to learn from the Yanks and Aussies when to comes to marketing. Could it happen over here ( not in my life time)

Alex, you have been in the building trade for year's and I'm sure you know your bacon rolls ,, Think I will discuss all thing's bacon with Steve on Saturday if he wants??
In my early life I sliced hundreds of sides of bacon and one of my favorite cooked meats
I will try another bap   with bacon when I see Steve and give my verdict, can't be fairer then that??

Just a quick explanation to Neil , i can't add sauce any more because of my diabetes  but admit it would have helped .

Being a veggie, I reckon he’s a bacon roll novice! Smile

Sticking around a while yet, thanks to a gift from a generous angel.

This is not bacon......

Having said that, looking forward to seeing the vegan/veggie options are like
