what about getting businesses around Gloucester and surrounding area involved like offering a discount scheme at eateries etc if you show a valid membership card. im sure a lot of places will welcome every extra customer just now.

My Spanish club of which I'm a ST holder have just announced a main sponsor with an app called pro swipe which is an app which gives its users discounts in various businesses and as I understand it when I use it for example my club will receive some financial benefit aswell,The club gain as we are giving them publicity to get more users on thier app.
Seems a pretty good idea which everyone seems to benefit from.
