I think what's more accurate is that the years if exile has led to many people involved in local football to view city a as a bit of an irrelevance. Out of sight, out of mind etc.

Saying that I remember a decent brawl at a PSF between Tuffley Rovers and City when under Boris we were very Bristol-centric. Gloucester v's Bristol that night!

Purely anecdotally the changing rooms I've been in and around barely mentioned City until very recently. Last couple of years I've definitely noticed an uptick in interest - people checking thek result after their own game etc. Probably from the point actual work started on the stadium.

Makes total sense that!
But the negative impact THAT result has on the8 club could well set us back unless PG bucks his ideas Up!

With respect to Longlevens if we lose this game then the Chorley result will look like a pretty decent result on the road.I expect the strongest team to be selecxted This really must be taken seriously.

According to the web Saw Mills capasity is 500 not enough for all from Longlevens who would want to attend let alone the City support

I reckon Levens will be very happy with that draw.

He reckoned there’s only room for themselves and Tuffley, and said “Longlevens are clearly a much bigger club than Gloucester City, no one cares about them.”

He soon went quiet when I said I was a city supporter.

Quite like Tuffley Rovers, but since this I can’t stand Longlevens anymore.
The last time I looked, it's not Longlevens or Tuffley Cathedral. Longlevens or Tuffley Docks, Longlevens or Tuffley Quays. Also not Longlevens or Tuffley City AFC.

Andrew Adebowale, Hannah, Hoskins, Kirkup, Mainwaring, Tucker, Wollen.

No choice i don’t think. Don’t they go straight to penalties if it’s a draw, like last season?

Sticking around a while yet, thanks to a gift from a generous angel.

I knew a non-sports type person one time who tried to suggest that Gloucester City were akin to Abbeymead Rovers nopt understanding that we are the City's football club. There are some strange people in Gloucester Wink
