To answer your points:

1) Yes, it will affect the grading. We had conformation yesterday from the FA that the league start date is likely to be delayed. They have introduced a matrix to allow players to be signed now, it's very simple and very good... it basically says 'Gloucester City AFC will sign Joe Green x days before the start of the season'. And the x days you can alter to suit, so you could put 1, you could put 25. My point is now this matrix has been agreed for players it will allow everything to move.
I think the ruling is the pitch must pass a UEFA test 14 days before the start of the league... I might be wrong on the 14 days, I don't have a rule book in front of me. We've already got that ruling altered, changing the word league to say game played. This allows us to change grounds mid season. So back to my point... now the FA have accepted the sliding start date for next season, everything will slide to suit. Lots of words this, sorry, but you raise a very good question, so I felt you needed a very good answer, rather then my normal style of jokey and punchy. As this is written not in my normal style lots of dyslexia mistakes i'm sure, so sorry!

2) I need a return on the circa £600k asap, so if random local groups will pay decent bucks, we're open for business! Get them tills ringing are Dave!

Thanks Joe, I genuinely enjoy our back and forth Q&A on here.

Our first new signing is Joe Green. That's an outstanding signing and a real statement of intent. A strong, ball playing centre half with an eye for goal.

Good to see the FA doing that regarding the signing of players. Gives clubs so confidence in being able to do so although obviously players could suffer.

I can't see many people wanting to play 5-a-side football even if it was allowed anytime soon and I can't see it being the case. You would have to do some major cleaning and unless they get the tracing of the virus right you wouldn't know if someone had it who had used the pitch. If it were my decision I wouldn't be putting the pitch down anytime soon. If January at the earliest is correct then the FA/National League will announce it so it would be something to work towards. Given we know we can use Bath if need be then that acts as a safety net. 600k is a lot to spend when you have no idea when you will be able to make money on it. I have already seen clubs who have decided against putting a 3g pitch down for next season.

Thanks AP,Many fans of many clubs would want people running the club with those reasons/motives you mentioned, also when the club gambled in the past it was a risk not worth taking so it’s great to know there is a plan of action for the future.

Keep up the good work.

Great update Alex, the progress is amazing considering the problems caused by Covid-19.

However, being a Vegas regular (we've been every year since 2003, except this year, twice some years), I must disagree with you on the 50/50 odd for Red / Black bets - the true odds are 1.11 (recurring) to 1 against (because of the zeroes), which explains why you always lose (5.3 cents on every dollar staked). There's a very good Wikipedia entry about Roulette, explaining 'house edge', including some quite complicated mathematical formulae for working it out.

It's well nigh impossible to beat the casino without cheating.

Thank you for the continuing Updates. Just one small question/idea/suggestion. As you turn left to the Stadium from Sudmeadow Road, how about having a sign, 'Welcome to Gloucester City AFC'. Showing next Fixture, Day, Date, Kick off. Or would this be an obstruction to the Business that is on the right as you enter? I know this is a smaller query, something to maybe consider in the future? Thanks Again.
