DH have been charged by The National League for not fulfilling fixtures

What's the punishment for not fulfilling a fixture, I wonder?
Will the NL come down hard like the EU tryed to make an example of the UK,to try to make other club's to carry on and to fullfill their  fixtures?

Not just Dulwich been quite a few clubs who have posted their letters from Mark Ives on Twitter today. Each club has 7 days to respond so we have no idea what the possible punishment will be yet.
