Final score 0 -11. We stemmed the flow of goals a little in the second half but with our opponents taking the lead after 58 seconds what was always going to be a big challenge became even more difficult. I believe they are two tiers above us in the pyramid.
Nobody can ever take away the excitement and sense of achievement after the last round but for now the Vitality FA Cup journey is at an end.

Disappointing though the score was, looking through the results today shows a good few teams conceded double figures. We were not alone! The biggest win was an incredible Ashford Town 25 Highworth Town 0. Got to feel for them having travelled such a long way.
In our neck of the woods Longlevens lost 3-0 away at Bristol Ladies Union. FGR beat Almondsbury 5-1. Our opponents last week lost away to Sherbourne Town
As an aside I thought it was nice to have the PA on today banging out some good tunes pre match.

That must have been disappointing for their 2130 travelling supporters.
