Missing my first, and hopefully last, game of the season too, today, as this long journey came a little too early for me.

Safe trip to all those on Dave H’s funbus, and for those of us unable to go, live commentary can be found by going to http://www.mixlr.com/ (or downloading the Mixlr app, a lot of clubs use it!)
and searching Darlofans Radio.

Come on lads, let’s get off to a good start, and see you all on the 13th!

Come on City, tough start but we've played well in pre-season against teams from this level so nothing to fear.

Starting lineup on Twitter. Hall in goal. Bench includes Spence and a new name ( to me) Jamie Egan, young ex Rovers defender who was on loan at Hereford last season

Halftime: Darlo 1 City 0
Puts us in the relegation zone, behind Chorley on alphabetic order, but above Boston and Farsley who are both 3-0 down.
An equaliser would move us from 22nd up to tenth and winning could move us up to fourth.
