It must be an absolute pain to go to a FGR game if you are driving there.

RE: 800 - Daveangel - 09-08-2023

Or if you’re not, to be fair.

You can get a service bus to the top of the hill, although I'd imagine they'd be very popular on match days.

We used to go occasionally and park in the estate opposite the ground, although I doubt you can on matchdays now.

Imagine having to park in Nailsworth and walk up that hill!

Imagine having to put money into Dale Vince’s account.

I went to their game vs Exeter last year (lunchtime kickoff) and the buses from Gloucester were disrupted, which made it a right naus to get there.

I think the last time I went there Alex Sykes was playing for them.

Last time I went there was when it was our 'home' ground and Colin Gardner was chairman.

Watched the Gas there few years back.  Had to park in factory on outskirts and catch bus to ground.  Getting there was not too bad but journey back a nightmare as buses had to make round trips to get folk back to their cars.  Took absolutely for ever to get back
