When was the Trust formed? Because prior to the new company being formed by the two current shareholders, there were. In fact Alex refers to them in his comments upon the formation of the new company. At that point he had loaned the club money which I presume was capitalised within the new company? Does anyone know who owned the ground before the takeover and what it's net book value was?
I am going to presume the previous incarnation of the club did?  In which case was the capitalisation of the loans representative of fair market value, or did they get it for a "song", or indeed overpay?
