Seriously at times what happens off the pitch at this club is a complete joke.

I guess part of the issue is with LM now at the helm the club have a different plan going forward, this was his job at Rvera so I guess he knows what's needed.
Can't disagree that the handling of this and effect on the players released has been very poor.
As an aside my personal opinion is the club on lots of levels tried to do to much, to quickly with men and women's basketball and football sides, ambition is one thing but overstretching coupled with a poor season on the pitch and its associated costs tell its own story.
Let's hope it cones right this time around......

Totally agree and I said it right from when Rowe was trying to get rid of all the old players when he first came in and he put us in a relegation battle. These things take time but Alex does strike me as someone who doesn't have a great deal of patience.

Without the ambition of Alex its pretty likely we still wouldn't be home. That ambition brings other aspects that might not be to the liking of everyone. After all no one individual is perfect. After so long in exile its hardly surprising that some mistakes have been made surrounding our return, it would be a miracle if they weren't. I think there has been a willingness to learn though, take the catering for example which is now top notch.
If the u21 players were released in a far from ideal way, then maybe that is another lesson for the club.
Took my lad to the gloucester juniors training last Sunday and that seemed really well run, with very good numbers. It's human nature to focus on the things that don't go quite right, but I think the club have also done a lot well this year, and as much as constructive criticism is needed we probably also need to highlight the things that have gone well at times too.

I am certainly not saying AP hasn't been a god send he has and agree its thanks to him and his £ along with EM of course we still have a club yet alone in Gloucester.
All I am saying is perhaps we may have overstretched on to many fronts all at once....
