As regards sexual preference, it shouldn't matter and anyway from a financial point of view I'm sure Alex would welcome the pink pound.

Disappointed to be relegated to 3rd place tbh.

That’s enough talk about relegation even before we know when the season will start!

I would be more than happy with third though.

I’d rather win the title outright

I think that's being greedy in our first season back home

So when it approaches Remembrance Sunday i count on everyone chucking in a few quid to get a huge “Gloucester City AFC Rememberers” flag then?

To be fair that’s a good idea although obviously would only get used once a year whereas the rainbow flag could be used for every match certainly in the aftermath of playing football again.

It will stay up all year round...I’m also trying to sort out a flag in honour of the supporters who have sadly passed away since we’ve been in exile.

Not all bad am I Darran?

Now that's a good idea Ray.

Be nice if everyone who has lost a loved one who never got the chance to return home to Gloucester in person brought a photo of them to the first game, and we could put them up in the T-end. Email them in first and we could do a centre page in the programme.

That way they'd be there for our homecoming, even if not in person.

My Dad would have liked that.

Sticking around a while yet, thanks to a gift from a generous angel.
