I'm all for the fluidity of the leagues and the pyramid but it's absurd that a Hellenic League standard team are playing against these behemoths. I mean, what's the point? Regardless of them moving away from their traditional home, the ground is barely accessible and must be an absolute nightmare on matchdays, especially against proper clubs like those.

I was there on Saturday on a freebie as part of their community programme with my sons youth team - Abbeymead Rovers*

FGR were awful, absolutely nailed on for relegation. My son and I found it difficult to contain our celebrations each time Bristol Rovers scored.

There was a Quorn van selling various vegan offerings. At full time they were giving away loads of unsold stock....!

*I know City do similar initiatives but there is definitely room for improvement in this area, it needs to be more visible in the Gloucester community, there is no way youth teams from Gloucester should be travelling to Nailsworth or C********m for match day experiences.

Why accept these offers? Tell them no, get out of our City.

Agree Neil, it's not really a "freebie" when you have to get there and probably purchase stuff once you're at the ground

They're like the Pied Piper stealing our kids. I was in Sainsbury's at the Quays yesterday and there was a family walking around with their kid in a scuzz tracksuit top. Why can't people understand that this is just wrong?

5 year contract.

He can lead them proudly to the Hellenic Prem! Smile

Sticking around a while yet, thanks to a gift from a generous angel.
