Nah years later. Pretty sure Groves got him originally.

For Chippenham you mean?

I think it was.

Sticking around a while yet, thanks to a gift from a generous angel.

Along with Jack Burroughs probably Groves's best signing.

Yes, He was manager at Chipps when they signed him from us and he started scoring all those wonder goals.

Yes Cook did sign him no he wasn’t in charge when he was sold to Yeovil.

He was an enigma. There were times when he looked the absolute real deal. Scored regularly too. Yet he's playing two leagues below.

Seem to recall he more or less opted out when we got moved back to the North. Looking at the miracle that is Tiger Roar he scored 13 in 44 (35 starts). Pretty good numbers considering we were struggling much of the time.

Are any of last season's players actually doing any good? Tope on the bench for Banbury tonight.

Digie's doing ok for Alfreton if only that he seems to have avoided injury so far. Hooper's scoring regularly for Blyth as is McLure at Chippenham.

Discounting McLure really, more like the Brackley team. Saw someone on Twitter totally underwhelmed by Dom, describing him as one footed. I don't think he realised that this is the sixth tier.
