If you read about his youth career he seemed really impressive. You have to remember though that he was REALLY young, it was probably the right player at the wrong time. For me he has Jimmy Cox written all over him.

Yes please. He's too good for Step 4. Manor Farm are good at spotting/ bringing on attacking  talent..  see also Owen Brain and Evander Grubb...
