There are actually some things I think FGR do need some credit for. I think sustainability and climate change are massive issues (I know not everyone will agree) and I think a lot of their work on this is commendable.
I even have some sympathy with the whole vegan thing, if that's your principles and how you want to run a club, then all power to you. If people don't like it they can vote with their feet at the end of the day.
The big issue is that the vast majority of that is lost as a result of DV turning it into some kind of vanity project/circus act.
All in all they come across as a pretty unlikeable club, which I guess is a shame for those fans who've been with them for the whole journey, and I doubt many neutrals will be sad to see them go down (myself included).
As its been mentioned Just Stop Oil for me suffer from the same problem. I largely agree with the cause but largely disagree with their tactics, and just think they need their heads knocking together as they've annoyed vast swathes of the population and effectively stopped any chance they had of making a positive impact.

I know of fans who were there back in the day who've been alienated by the club and stopped going since they became big time.

Big day for the Scuzz tomorrow, they have to better the results of Cambridge United and Burton Albion, both of whom are away at already relegated clubs.
