Another Fantastic performance by City on the road. Looking like a team now that has desire and energy. Listened to the match on gcafc radio, thought the commentator was excellent, (sorry, not sure of his name).
The league table looks a bit better. Four points off safety, but the teams above have a couple of games in hand, which hopefully they will get nothing from.
Maybe, just maybe, we can stay up.
Interesting what Neil said about Benni Smailles Braithwaite, it looked like we were playing with 10 men. The loan signing of Lewis Brunt from Aston Villa, was a good signing.

Andrew Adebowale, Hannah, Hoskins, Kirkup, Mainwaring, Tucker, Wollen.
 Danny ANDREW, Jake ANDREWS.

Everyone seems very complimentary about his performance today, lets hope he can be the quality spark that gives us the life that we need during the run in. I can be sceptical about you players from league clubs so when we get one from a Premier side and disappoint like Benny SB did it's nice if we get one that actually makes a difference.
Most of them turn out to be terrible so I think everyone just automatically thinks they will be terrible. This time it does look like we’ve lucked out though because without him on the pitch I wouldn’t be certain we would have won.

Worth adding again though that Cook once again went with bolder tactics and it worked just as it did on Tuesday.

I never saw it in him either.

Sure he reads the cof!

Liam Cross must be near a come back, was out for a month from start of January, Is he still with us?
Be like another signing if he is.

Did his knee ligaments and from someone who has done their ankle ligaments that isn’t a quick job and I’d imagine knee is even worse.

Cook stated inban interview with Glos live (I think)at start of Jan that it wasnt as bad as they thought and should be about a month before he is back.

Harry Emmett being out with what sounds like a broken shoulder is a concern for us - he's been a useful player for us this season.

End of season if it's a broken shoulder, I think. And losing Jeacock is concerning.

Mike Cook's interview used that grounded phrase "don't get too high with the highs and don't get too low with the lows", important to remember when it feels like we're on the crest of a wave. Another cliche, we have to take each game as it comes and it'll feel like the last two results have been for nothing if we failed to beat Vera on Saturday.

If we lose on Saturday, it will still be 6 from 9, two points a game, and the sort of form that will keep us up if we can maintain it.

We’re going to win, anyway. Smile

Sticking around a while yet, thanks to a gift from a generous angel.
