They are brothers - their dad Gordon has been a regular for decades.

Ben's there pretty much every week unless he's off playing poker in some far flung corner of the world, Dan doesn't come very often, it's my mission to get the pair of them and Gordon together for a photo!

As was his father KEN before him at Horton road. Always stood on the terrace in front of the clubhouse with one of the founders of Lansford Hire ( scaffolding company) .

Anyone know this Shandy chap, seams an odd one to me, always posting what he considers funny stuff but usually misses the mark in my opinion.

I really appreciate the COF and see it as a place for free expression on all things City and beyond. It's often far more entertaining than what's being offered on the pitch.
I always look out for Shandy's posts. They usually make me laugh, which is always welcome. Live and let live as they say.

Getting back to supporting and growing the Supporters Trust. Obviously current supporters who haven't signed up are being targeted and that may be enough but what about a campaign beyond the current support-base? In terms of asking "do you want a professional league club for Gloucester?" and throwing it out wider to the local public and businesses?

I think it would be a good idea in the right circumstances. Should the Trust be advertising on behalf of the club? Possibly not, the club should be doing that. Should the Trust look to attract members and investment from the wider community if they were able to use part ownership of the football club as a selling point? Yes.

There’s work going on at the moment to help to clarify and communicate exactly what the Trust wants to achieve and how we are going to achieve it in the short term so keep your eyes peeled.
