Cherstey lost at Winchester today. I’m sure we will make the playoffs but it’s results like away at Cherstey is the reason we are not third.

Its the job of management to ensure the right frame of mind. Some of the away games have been terrible starting off with Taunton. There surely cannot be any need for motivation with what is at stake.
