He said he wants his own squad. He mentioned he would likely retain Brain, but that leaves others who are on longer term contracts - who? It adds up to half a squad he wants and half he can't get shot of. Presumably?

I am already on print re my views of the present squad. My guess is that Spencer Hamilton, Jamie Reckord, Joe Hanks and a few others are contracted for next season before we start the rebuild.Depending on their salaries depends on what is left in the kitty.
We appear to be hamstrung season after season by the debacles of the previous.continuity must be a priority this forthcoming season.

MC signed Hanks and Hamilton when he was at Chippenham, so we know that 2 of the contracted players he would have probably wanted anyway.
Would like to know Who the 5 players he wants are.

Dayle Grubb leaves WsM, could be a great signing for us..
He's 33 in the Summer, but managed 7 goals in the NLS last season, to bring his total record with WsM to 497 appearances, 149 goals, and 161 assists - not bad for a midfielder.

Heading to Taunton by all accounts.

Hope not, but there are several people suggesting that’s the case on WSM’s social media.

Sticking around a while yet, thanks to a gift from a generous angel.
