I was behind the goal and saw everything - the keeper whined for the rest of the match. Very hostile crowd I seem to remember. Purely accidental imo.

Dale Bedford was the keeper, was a fall guy for the T End fir many years after often on a winning side. On his last appearance at mp conceded 7 playing gor Ashford.

Remember Ricky Chandler intervening at the Lamb and Mr Belford senior being lifted high against the wall by his throat. Towners blonde permed mullet survived to see another unfashionable day!

That's Brilliant Footage, Well Done. I think I posted the below Link, on a previous occasion. Did have a look for it, couldn't find it. 
 The 1997 FA Trophy Final. Found it Heartbreaking to watch. When I see Woking's Clive Walker on the pitch, I think those Dagenham and Redbridge players could have been Chris Burns, Dale Watkins, gracing the Wembley pitch. Leroy Roseinior walking out the players onto the Wembley turf. 
 So near, yet so far. Pele was at that Final.
