Sounds like talk about nurturing Ligget. Why? He's not our player. What even is the point!

He actually talks about if relegation does happen.

Like he doesn't realise we're 11 points from safety with 12 to play for.

Well Im guessing he wants us to be well seen by C********m so we can borrow some of their players.
To be Fair he said we need a miracle, think you are being harsh.
Or maybe he is being lines Up forca season long loan Next year.

If anyone is coming to Meadow Park to support C********m Town players why not just cut out the middle man and go to Whaddon Road instead.

Agreed  - as I see it already building for next season. Sadly and not for the first time this season MC has said we are(were) not good enough in various parts of the pitch and players not doing as instructed.

MC knows as do most of us it will not be a walk in the park and an automatic return because we are who we are. We need players who a) are better than we have got b) willing to fight for the cause. Maybe I would keep 4-5 existing players ( contracts allowing etc) and see who we can bring in.

More game time for Barlow,,Brain in the games left to see if they have it for the SLP, looks like Thompson is no 1 GK next season, I expect Hanks and Hamilton, perhaps Pinchard as I believe he's on contract and stays l, he said ast Friday he also wants to keep Smile again if he signs on. So could be:-
Thompson
Hamilton
Hanks
Smile
Emmett
Pinchard
If they perform in remaining games
Barlow?
Brain?
Not sure who else.....

Whatever people think of Danny Wright, id still give him another year if he feels upto it and isn't too expensive. Can imagine it would be his final season also.

Complete conjecture but I'd suspect the coffers might not stretch to both Wright and Robinson.  And if its a straight choice and we can keep one of them, it would have to be Robinson.  Although I think Wright has been unfairly criticised at times, he obviously hasn't been prolific, but his work rate is very good, and he has fed off scraps all year really.

A question is would either of them wish to continue playing for us? DW is local and SL is a decent level to play at. Not sure about where TR is based. If an offer came in for either from a club at our current level would they want to stay with us?

I imagine Theo Robinson will stay at this level next season and won't be with us.
