My pal tattooed Gordon Strachan's grandson the other day - he was at Leicester and now the Highland league looking for a move South as hes without a club. I said he should come to City and he sounded keen haha. Decent left back from what Ive heard.

“There’s a mole. Right at the top of the circus. He’s been there for years.”

It's a euphemism.

Gordon Strachan's son scored a decent free kick against us for Corby when we won 6-3 there.

Been thinking about next seasons squad.
Now I'm a believer that with the squad we had, under any other manager we should have been pushing Merthyr all the way for the title.
So IMO if we keep the majority of the squad, replace Dawson with a midfield general, add in a additional striker.
We should be in a really strong position to push on from this year's playoff defeat.
If I had to release anyone would probably be Hamilton and Grubb

Tend to agree entirely, shame as Dayle on his day, quality.he’s the wrong side of 30+.
Spencer never really featured so I can’t see him in any capacity.
Our nucleus is strong, just a sagacious midfielder and a striker and we won’t be far off.

The other player on the chopping block is probably Leads. Injured half of the time, and not nearly as good defensively as he was. A solid dependable right back would be a good addition.

It will depend on what briefing DW has or will have about the existing squad. We have our wish to stay list but as far as I am aware it’s only HP and Watts guaranteed for next season. If Mark McG stays then it sorts itself.
