Pre match entertainment this coming seas
#1

Any changes or new things to grip fans that are planned for pre match entertainment this coming season? I e may be play small adverts of our sponsors or even promote what food   and drink that can be purchased in the ground ?we have a big screen ( not as big as some ) but maybe  to promote the club more on match day's .
We have a  facility that could be used a little bit more to the clubs advantage if looked at in a different sort of way . Just a thought , not having a go at what is being shown at the moment ,but feel it could be used for so much  more .
JUST A THOUGHT. I'm sure fans could suggest quite a few ideas for it's use ??

One of the things I’m trying to work on (no promises yet) is getting the line up on the scoreboard before games. However it’s not as easy as it sounds.

And if you’d like me to promote the food and drink inside the ground I don’t think you’ve listened to the announcements much!

I’m always open to more ideas though so please keep them coming, just remember though that it’s sadly not possible to do it all. Premier League clubs often pay 4/5 people to do what I do on my own!

And still don't hit the mighty levels you do, Chazza!

Sticking around a while yet, thanks to a gift from a generous angel.

can you livestream to the big screen? go out and get some interaction with the fans, if not you then use a player not in the squad. Get some young fans on the big screen, they'll love it.

Charlie I'm sure it's not easy to work putting things on the big screen or trying different things like team sheets to sponsors names ECT , bloody hell I'm crap at using my I Pad ,so i really do think it's not easy .
What i didn't explain properly was that I feel that the big screen could be used more efficiently if possibly by promoting our sponsors or maybe advertise other local businesses for a fee ( big or small ) to promote their business to local people .
Charlie I know that you promote food and drink on the tannoy 99% of the time and excellent job you do but my thinking was a picture paints a thousand words , and a picture of a bacon burger with cheese hanging over the bacon and burger would entice me to get something like that then just being told I can get one from a red tin booth , any way that was my thinking regarding the food and drink .

I am sure over time you will be able to do other things with the big screen . Anyway my intention was not in anyway ment to criticize your efforts but point out that I felt that the big screen could be utterlized to amore useful level
Once again sorry if you felt I was critter seizing you .  It truly wasn't intended

Noticed one or two things that you tried last night charlie  so good on you .
The advert to have space on match days on the big screen is a good start . Think you put a bit of live action from last night's game on but can't be sure as I had my wrong glasses on so if you tried  what I thought you did ,that's another step forwards .
Charlie the 1st game of the season is the 10th August which is my 73rd birthday ( for my second time ) it's  long story
If we get a home game on that date could I have my all time favorite record  played ??
It's called  the Glasgow Road sung by Dean Ford and Joe Tanzin and you never know if we got promoted we could be on  back up a northern road . Infact only found out a few months ago that Dean Ford  was lead singer with the marmalade way way back in the 60ds and  sounds just as good now as he did then .
