I’m in the office in Southampton for a few days this week. My colleague (the Totton fan) was very interested in how our recruitment has gone. He was also following the Twitter feed for last night’s game. It’s nice to know that our potential rivals are taking note of our preparation for the new season.

As they should be this time around . It's been a long time since other clubs have  cause to be worried about a City side
 before a ball is kicked in anger. Long may it continue

The last pre season where others looked on in awe was in the covid season where we signed Asante,Carline,Whittle etc, and not without good reason.
