Big big match this. Let’s hope it’s the second half from last Saturday that turns up!

Big atmosphere needed off the pitch. No excuse from anyone! Hey Jude on the PA before kick off and I expect you all to sing it or stomp your feet or clap! Smile  (If not, I’m turning it up!)

Nope, they got chucked out years back and have upgraded what is essentially a school playing field. Controversial as they'd paid to improve the speedway stadium. They've got plans for a new ground at the edge of town.

Does “Hey Jude” have special Gloucester City significance? It sometimes strikes me as a bit of an atmosphere killer after the more up-tempo tunes that precede it.

I’m probably stating the obvious, but we need to get the train back on the track after an underwhelming November. Nothing less than a victory will do, along with an uplifting performance.

John Lennon was born in Abbeymead.

I’m surprised you didn’t know that. Smile

It's "Hey Dude", it's a song about Derek Dawkins.
