Thanks for the highlights Neil. Some good finishes. I do think that some of the goalkeeping in these matches isn’t great that’s taking nothing away from our team.

Spot on the goalkeeping is awful. It's no wonder we are able to score loads each week.

I’m looking forward to the day you actually have something positive to say about the women’s team or even offer them a slight bit of praise. Must be awful for the players to read to COF and see their efforts diminished.

When they actually have a competitive game and aren't gifted goal after goal.

So why do you feel the need to comment on how much you hate it every single week? Don’t you find it boring?
It’s also incredibly insulting to so many people.

I was just agreeing with the post saying the goalkeeping wasn't very good. It's not our team's fault but it clearly makes a big difference to the scoreline.

Great first goal - better highlights than the men's team too!

It's what I do Wink

As for the goalkeeping, you'd need a freakishly tall woman to fill the goal as much as a man does and no one wants to see that. Personally I think they aren't helped by the playing surface, I'd be reluctant to go on my knees on that, the rubber crumb hurts.

Looking at yesterdays goals, no one would've stopped Luca's shot (no1), it was a mistake for Sachi's first, there was another effort from the other angle which the keeper blocked. The 3rd was inside the post too, a full stretch dive might've reached it. Sachi's hat trick goal probably would've been stopped with a better dive and the other two were from corners, only the most agile and quick thinking keepers block those.

just seen this on Instagram; fascinating where all of the players are from

Quote:Another clean sheet for Sam Linteo, Napa, Ca, a ? trick from Sachi Kaneko-Grun, Monterey Park, CA, an opening screamer of a goal from Lucabella Davis, San Antonio Texas, and rounding off a 6-0 win goals from the Colorado Springs, CO, duo of Kami Sticher and Kassidy Grey.
