We have links to them. They're into the QF on the FA Vase.

As well as maintaining a healthy advantage in the Hellenic League Premier - 3 points clear with multiple games in hand

I went down there earlier this season as they’ve moved into the rugby ground now. Nice set up to be fair, the bar especially and main stand were very nice.

They’ve got a home draw against Erith and Belvedere in the quarter final.

If there pull on players is anything like there rugby team they could continue to move up the leagues fast in 2004 the rugby side entered the rugby leagues took 12 years for them to reach the championship level

Traditionally they only ever had players who had been released from professional clubs and played football secondary to getting a degree. Very few were good enough for us in the Southern Premier and I don't think we had any or many at all in the NLN. Nathan Modest and George Miller maybe, neither of which played more than 30 games.

Sobering thing is that if they're promoted as looks highly likely, and we miss out, they'll only be one division below! A few years ago 'Team Bath' (which was, in effect, Bath University) got as high as the Conference South before being excluded for technical reasons. If Hartpury aim to progress beyond the Southern League they'll need a financial model and structure that allows them to challenge the established clubs.

According to Colin Peake they wouldn't face the same restrictions that TB did so could enter the National League system if they reach it.

They are where they are because of the fitness of their players and probably also access to coaching and physio support.

I reckon once you get into the Southern League that stops being an advantage and you’re back on a level playing field, and a team of U23s would get battered. So I don’t see it happening.
