Missed opportunity today. Enough said.

Listened to the commentary agree with Dr Bob. We just seem to have lost our way. It wasn’t great at home against W&H.

That was terrible, Hungerford first to every ball, every second ball, every header. They created enough to get 3 or 4, we however barely threatened bar one decent save from a Phillips shot.

Not to sound salty, but not sure it was called for for the Hungerford players to be giving it the big one at the away fans, not really ever seen 7/8 opposition players doing at before en masse.

We will make the playoffs, but we’re not going to take any form into them currently and we’re not good away from home where we’ll likely now have two away games.

It's always awful there but at least we usually have a lead to defend.

Good game at Meadow Park; 7-4 to the reserves.

It’s just confusing how we can look so fantastic sometimes, and others so dire and bereft if ideas.

Against Winchester we looked like prime Barca, and today we were outplayed and outfought by a team of players who are assembled on a fraction of our budget.

I stood next to a lovely fella first half who’s Son was excellent in CM for Hungerford today. He said he’d just had a pay rise to £150 a week.

I remember people being horrified at the thought of the Chambers bringing Danny Robinson with them a while back.

Makes you think.

Sticking around a while yet, thanks to a gift from a generous angel.

I didn't go today so can't comment much, but when I saw Dawson was suspended, I knew we'd struggle. He's absolutely essential to our game. We don't really have a plan B for when he's not there.

Hanwell next. They drew 3-3 with Walton today. Dawson still out I think. Will be tough.

Pretty desperate stuff as others have said. Their keeper had two decent saves to make from half chances and I think it was a free kick which went just pass the post, but that was pretty much it. They had 2 fabulous chances to score in the first half and somehow cocked both of them up. The first one I reckon was offside though so would have been harsh if they had scored from it. The 2nd was a good save from Bell. They had a couple more in the 2nd half as well which whilst not as good a chance as either of those still should have seen them do better.

The pitch is terrible and we couldn't play our usual pass it around game on it, but there was just a lack of quality overall and Hungerford were bang up for it so we didn't really know what to do.

Thing is though all the teams around us lost though and whilst Havant did finally win again you still struggle to think 2 teams are going to overtake us. Once you get to the play-offs it isn't always as clear cut as the in form team going up.

Just watched/listened to MC’s post match interview Mmmmmm . Have we gone off the boil because of the things he mentioned or are there other factors. Are some of our aged 30+ players beginning to tire or have teams now sussed the way we play and set up to prevent us from doing so.
Some players who were on the top of their game for the first 15-20 games haven’t really been performing and we have looked at best mediocre.

Whatever happens this season there will be a need to bring in some fresh faces and should we go up I’m struggling to think of more than a couple good enough for step 2.

I don’t get this when people go on about the pitch. This is the southern league, pitches are going to be crap sometimes. The team needs to learn these pitches. Awful performance yesterday. Ridiculous the way Hungerford players celebrated yesterday. The number 12 was a disgrace the way he ran over . I don’t care if he was giving “ banter” back. That was not banter.

Is anyone suprised their players were so Up for It?
The Guy that does their team talk was hammered by our fans when he was mentioned to be coming with the chambers!
I always wonder what might have been had he come instead of TF.
