Magic of the Cup - 2 huge games this weekend
#1

It is County Cup weekend for our teams with both the 1st and Reserves just one game their respective finals.

The 1st team are at home to County Div 1 side C********m Saracens in a 2.00 kick off.  Sarries are a much improved side from the one we played in the FA Cup earlier this season and this promises to be a tough fixture.  Your support could make all the difference; it would be great to see you.  The winners will play either Frampton Rangers or Whitchurch in the Final.

The Reserves travel away for their semi final v North Bristol Wanderers; another difficult opponent who will be vey much up for the game and reaching a cup final in their first season.  Southmead of City of Glos await in the Final.

This weeks Inside City will include at least 5 pages of news, reports and photos covering all of our sides and including last weeks Cup Finals.  The cover price also helps raise funds for the Trust as well.

The sun is out and a cup semi final awaits.

Would be tremendous to see good turn out to cheer on the Firsts at the Tiger Turf this afternoon. Team have played some tremendous football this season and add in the chance of our first county cup final; promises to be an exciting afternoon.  Ko 2

If you fancy a trip down the motorway then the Reserves have their own big county cup semi final as well.   You'd be very welcome

A comprehensive win for the 1st team and a cup final on 24 April awaits.  We won 12-0.  Not sure who we'll face yet.

It was not to be for the Reserves who lost their semi final 4-2

Frampton Rangers await in the final; a team towards the top end of the division above us (which we are hoping to win promotion to this season)

I'd wondered if that 12-0 was our highest score ever. Tiger Roar is your Friend and turns out that it fell one short. In January 23 we beat Abbeymead Rovers 13-0 but the 12 was our 2nd highest win as far as I can see
