A serious reality check is needed by some in this thread.
The Club has just played in a Final where players were unavailable due to embargo’s.
Embargo’s are in place for a reason.
And until they are settled and the finances stabilised talk of spending MORE money on new management and new players is pointless.
Does your bank extend you existing credit to help you run your house if you’ve no asset to obtain more credit?

With all due respect Colin, a new manager would not cost any more than the current one, as he is out of contract (not that I'm saying I want that). It could quite feasibly save money as we currently have a management team of three. Also, we we will have several players leaving who will need to be replaced. A change of personell does not mean more money is spent.
Sticking around a while yet, thanks to a gift from a generous angel.

The problem is that the way that football administration works, it doesn’t prevent unscrupulous people becoming chairmen/owners of football clubs. In fact some of them even get to become Directors of the National League. And then you have to sit in front of some bloke in a suit telling you that you aren’t running your club properly when you have inherited an absolute sh!t show.

As MC and his team are now out of contract the question for the board is whether there's a preferred and available new manager out there. These are the decisions directors legacies are built or die on. We have no say in what happens but of course fans are going to speculate and nominate names or advocate keeping the status quo. I heard the words "big changes" whispered regarding the coming season from some fans. What that involves is up for debate. New management? New players? New burgers**? We'll soon find out.
** It debatable how big these burgers are going to be.

My point, and emphasised in CAPITALS, was about spending MORE money until embargo’s are cleared.
I’ve made no opinion on management and players in or out.
And IF you (Tommy 11)know of a financial institution who is happy to extend credit when you can’t afford to pay what you owe at this time, please name them because they would clearly be in serious breach of the current FCA regulations.

I suggest as we are upsetting Brandman with fans normal close season banter we stop any discussion on manager or players.

Just to clarify, the club are not under an embargo. Brackley wouldn’t extend Cross’ loan to play into May and Crosbie wasn’t selected.
